The below is a position with Weil-Mclain, a division of the Marley-Wylain Company.   Weil-McLain is an industry leading manufacturer of high efficiency, condensing boilers.   With a 140 year history coupled with innovation through digital solutions and climate conscious initiatives, we provide reliable comfort heating solutions for residential and commercial use.   

 

How you will make an Impact (Job Summary)

We are a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As MS Dynamics 365 CE Manager, you play a vital role focusing on Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) for effective data and process management. With your thorough understanding of Dataverse and the Dynamics data architecture within Azure, along with skills in crafting complex dashboards in Dynamics Native and Power BI you will develop and maintain business processes, concentrate on data insights, oversee projects for technological advancement, manage vendors, third-party products, and collaborate with stakeholders.

 

What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities)

While each day brings new opportunities at SPX, your core responsibilities will be:

  1. MS Dynamics 365 CE Responsibilities
  • Work extensively with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Manage the entire Dynamics 365 system, with a deep understanding of Azure data architecture.
  • Document and manage Dynamics 365 updates and provide technical assistance to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop, test, and implement reporting tools in Dynamics 365 and Power BI, as well as collaborate on system design and development.
  • Develop dashboards in MS Dynamics CE native and Power BI integration.

 

  1. Project and Vendor Management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and align with CRM goals.
  • Understand data flow between new projects and CRM application.
  • Support development with vendors
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Guide projects to successful completion within an agile framework.

 

3.  Product Ownership

  • Assume ownership of third-party products, like Salsify and IDEA (PIM Products).
  • Manage relationships with vendors and coordinate with stakeholders for requirements and implementation.
  • Initiate pre-release testing and ensure data quality in products.
  • Ensure smooth integration and functionality of third-party products.
  • Participate in other projects as assigned that relate to the overall goals of the department and company

 

 

What we are looking for (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education)

We each bring something to the table, and we are looking for someone who has:

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in MS Dynamics and business process management.
  • 3+ years of experience in configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE products, customizing Dataverse and Model-driven Power Apps and integrating with third-party systems using APIs, Dataflows, and SSIS.
  • Strong background in Azure Cloud Services, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and application lifecycle management with Git/Azure DevOps.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics CRM tech stack, including ASP.NET, AngularJS, Web API, Integration architecture, and D365 Data Model.
  • Experienced in providing end-user training on Dynamics 365 CE, Sales, and Marketing functionalities.

Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Skilled in facilitating and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Possess strong multi-tasking, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Experience in agile development projects and managing global development teams, including writing agile user stories, and coordinating international resources.
  • Proficient in process management, including discovery, mining, diagnostics, and mapping for optimization.
  • Proficient in extending Dynamics CRM with SDK, plugins, and custom workflow activities, and skilled in JavaScript, CSS3/Bootstrap, HTML/HTML5.

 

 

Education & Certifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for IT or Computer Science
