This opportunity is for our Electric Heat business. Electric Heat is a trusted leader in electric heating and ventilation solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. Backed by the strength of ASPEQ Heating Group and Marley Engineered Products, we offer a wide range of standard and customized products through leading brands like QMark, Indeeco, Berko, and Brasch.

How you will make an Impact (Job Summary)
SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As a Temporary Part-Time Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by assembling high-quality sales binders created by the marketing department. Your work will ensure our sales team is equipped with professional, organized materials to drive customer engagement and business growth. This is a six-month assignment, working approximately 30 hours per week.
What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities)
While each day brings new opportunities at SPX, your core responsibilities will be:
- Assemble sales binders according to marketing specifications and quality standards.
- Organize, collate, and insert printed materials, tabs, and promotional items.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and professional presentation of all binders.
- Maintain an inventory of printed materials and binder supplies.
- Communicate with the marketing team to clarify specifications and deadlines.
- Package and prepare completed binders for shipment or delivery to the sales team.
- Keep work area organized and ensure proper handling of confidential information.
- Assist with minor updates or reprints of marketing collateral as needed.
- Follow all safety and company guidelines during production tasks.

Required Experience
- Prior experience in administrative, clerical, or light assembly work.
- Basic familiarity with printed material handling and organization.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow written instructions and visual assembly guides.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Education & Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Travel & Working Environment
- This role is onsite and may require light lifting (up to 25 lbs).
- Minimal to no travel is expected for this position.
