How It Works
- Program length: minimum two (2) years
- Rotation length: approximately 6–12 months for each rotation
- Assignments blend development with business-critical outcomes
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Technical knowledge; strong analytical & communication skills
- Willingness to travel or relocate during rotations
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Self-directed, organized, and hungry to learn
After the Program
- Consideration for open SPX roles upon successful completion
- Career clarity through hands-on exposure across teams
- Mentorship network and training that carry forward
