We are looking to grow our team with an organized and driven Logistics Coordinator who will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and finished products through our supply chain.


🚛 Position Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound shipments, managing transportation and warehousing activities, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment. This position plays a vital role in supporting production schedules and customer satisfaction through effective logistics planning and execution.


📝 Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers, freight carriers, and customers
  • Create and maintain shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, customs paperwork, etc.)
  • Monitor inventory movement between internal departments and external vendors
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or transportation issues
  • Liaise with production and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and logistics tracking platforms
  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
  • Support logistics-related reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in a logistics, shipping/receiving, or supply chain role (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., ERP123, JDE, or similar)
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation and transportation coordination (LTL, FTL, international, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in HVAC or industrial equipment industry is a plus
