As part of HVAC Cooling, SPX Cooling Technologies is a leader in high quality industrial HVAC equipment used to cool large facilities like hospitals, data centers, and power plants. With cooling towers, fans, and refrigeration units, companies rely on brands like Marley, Recold, and SGS to provide comfort and mission critical and industrial cooling solutions.
How you will make an Impact (Job Summary)
SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. The Digital Marketing Operations Manager guides projects that directly impact our sales channels and operational efficiency:
- Support the development and maintenance of SPX Cooling’s B2B websites and digital portals, collaborating with IT and external agencies.
- Apply knowledge of CMS platforms, user experience, and SEO best practices to optimize web performance.
- Execute and manage routine website updates; monitor site health and SEO using Google Analytics and related tools.
- Maintain marketing databases, forms and workflows in HubSpot, and assist in Salesforce CRM sync.
- Manage account-based marketing strategies by coordinating digital ad asset delivery and campaign tracking, serving as the primary liaison to external agency partners.
- Assist in deploying surveys and customer feedback tools (e.g. NPS, customer satisfaction surveys).
- Track performance across digital channels using dashboards and analytics tools.
- Support onboarding and integration of new martech platforms as necessary.
- Continually builds knowledge of the company, products, and services to effectively communicate market differentiation and unique selling proposition by interfacing with Sales, Product Management, R&D, Engineering, Operations, and industry channel partners.
- Actively identify areas of process improvement and champion change initiatives to help the company measure and achieve objectives and performance standards. S/he must demonstrate an “ownership mentality,” with a passion for delivering on commitments, owning results and “rolling up” his/her sleeves to drive performance.
- Effectively utilizes project management tools to improve team efficiency.
What we are looking for (Required/Ideal Experience, Skills, Education)

Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, marketing automation, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with CMS/Wordpress, Google Analytics and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot; familiarity with Salesforce integration a plus.
- Strong project management skills, including experience coordinating external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with ability to build and interpret performance dashboards and campaign reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple digital tools and channels simultaneously.
- Comfortable navigating martech ecosystems and adopting new digital platforms quickly.

- The position may require working occasionally outside normal work hours.
