We are currently seeking a General Laborer (L05) to join our team in Smiths Falls, Ontario. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our production assembly process while developing valuable skills.

Key Responsibilities:

As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in our production operations. Your duties will include:

  • Production Assembly: Building dampers and ensuring all components meet quality standards.
  • Operating Machinery: Operating length stops, saws, and other equipment essential to the production process.
  • Quality Control: Conducting inspections to ensure products adhere to specifications and maintaining high-quality output.
  • Material Preparation: Installing gaskets and handling materials efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe workplace.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing, production assembly, or a similar role is an asset.
  • Skills:
    • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate machinery safely.
    • Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
