Responsibilities:               To support the Rotational Molding team and contribute to the efficient operation in the manufacturing, assembly and supply of Sealite roto-molded products to the highest quality, while achieving the corporate goals of the company.

 

 

Duties:

  • Follow safe work practices and procedures, and ensure a “safety first” culture in every task undertaken
  • Molding of plastic parts through use of roto-molding machine
  • Concrete and foaming of roto-molded parts
  • Applying graphics to roto-molded parts
  • Perform in-process and final quality inspections
  • Package finished goods ready for shipment
  • Assist with routine maintenance of equipment
  • Maintain clean, tidy and safe work place
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by communicating improvement to supervisor
  • Adhere to company policies and OH&S regulations
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of company information
  • Cooperate with other staff, supervisors and managers
  • Perform any other duties as directed by Roto Mold Team Lead or Supervisor

 

Minimum Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift License
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner
  • Knowledge of general use of hand and power tools
  • Valid driver’s license
