As part of Detection and Measurement, Enterprise Control Systems (ECS) is a leading supplier of long range data links that support real time high resolution video transfer between air and ground users.   In creating products like RF inhibitors and specialized equipment for military and security purposes, we protect ground forces and infrastructure around the world.

How you will make an Impact (Job Summary)
SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As a cleaner, you will ensure that the offices, toilets, kitchen, corridors and meeting rooms are kept in a clean and orderly condition, whilst providing a high-quality cleaning service that includes tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying bins and polishing surfaces.

What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities)
While each day brings new opportunities at SPX, your core responsibilities will be:
1.    Offices, Meeting Rooms, Corridors and Stairs
•    Dust all surfaces including equipment and make sure polish is applied, when required. 
•    Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors and stairs, when necessary. 
•    empty all bins making sure that rubbish is properly recycled.

2.    Kitchen & Toilets:  
•    Wipe all surfaces, sweep and mop floors.
•    Clean sinks, taps, draining board and basins.
•    Clean fridges & microwaves each month.
•    Replenish sterilizing solution when necessary.
•    Clean each toilet and disinfect on a regular basis.
•    Replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels) when required.

3.  Cleaning stock level maintenance:  
•    Notify administration when materials are running low so they can be reordered in time. 

What we are looking for (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education)
We each bring something to the table, and we are looking for someone who has:

Required Experience 
•    Previous Cleaning experience

Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•    Cleaning of a Commercial property
•    Ability to work under own initiative

Working Environment
•    On site
