As part of Detection and Measurement, Radiodetection is a global leader in the design and development of equipment and software used by utility companies to install, protect, and maintain underground infrastructure networks.  Through precision and magnetic locators and ground penetrating radar, we help prevent damage to infrastructure utilities and protect lives.

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager – EMEA/APAC , the Senior Marketing Specialist is a forward-thinking individual with a passion for driving B2B marketing results.
This hands-on role is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing marketing communications and campaigns, with a specialized focus on digital execution, including social media management, SEO, and content creation. The Specialist builds customer relationships through various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, exhibitions, and digital advertising.
This role suits someone who is passionate about improving the customer experience and works closely with sales, channel partners, product management, and third-party service providers, such as copywriters or SEO providers. This individual is creative, engaging, possesses exceptional communication skills, and practices out-of-the-box thinking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Content and SEO Execution
•    Execute the regional SEO and content strategy by producing accurate, impactful, and clear marketing materials and messages, including correct grammar and spelling.
•    Compose and send targeted customer emails, ensuring communication is up-to-date and streamlined across the organization within the Region.
•    Develop messaging and supporting product collateral for launches within the assigned region.
•    Work with internal and external partners to develop marketing collateral for accounts, ensuring strict adherence to the corporate branding style guide.
2. Social Media and Campaign Management
•    Plan, execute, and manage the Region's social media presence and campaigns.
•    Develop marketing campaigns, including defining schedules, setting success criteria, and establishing feedback measurements.
•    Determine advertising needs and creative ways to maximize ROI; measure results from digital events and provide recommendations for future planning.
•    Plan and execute exhibitions globally by working closely with Sales and Product Management.
•    Work closely with the commercial sales team to develop effective customer-facing marketing activities and campaigns.
3. Customer Advocacy and Engagement
•    Execute customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person and virtual events, trainings, and onboarding programs, throughout the Region.
•    Connect with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the relationship cycle.
•    Identify and convert key customers to become an effective marketing channel through activities like case studies, speaking opportunities, and social media influence.
•    Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories and validation points.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 
•    A strategic thinker, with the agility to develop and execute long term and short term product marketing plans.
•    Ability to craft appropriate communication strategies and identify appropriate marketing tactics.
•    Proven planning and execution skills for marketing campaigns, including collaboration with other teams on plans, measurements, and results.
•    Knowledge of SEO principles, social media management platforms, and videography skills are a strong plus.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a larger group.

 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential
•    Strong experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B or technical manufacturing environment.
•    Expert proficiency with essential SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
•    Experience managing or working extensively within a major Content Management System (CMS).
•    Proven planning and execution skills for marketing campaigns, including collaboration with other teams on plans, measurements, and results.
Desirable
•    Familiarity with the challenges of international SEO
•    Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics and social media management platforms is a plus.
•    Photography and videography skills are a plus.
