Digital Marketing Intern (Customer Experience Focus)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to support initiatives within our customer service and marketing teams. This role offers hands-on experience in executing digital campaigns, enhancing customer engagement, and contributing to projects that improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support digital marketing campaigns by assisting with content updates, messaging alignment, and campaign execution across various platforms
- Collaborate with customer service and marketing teams to enhance communication strategies and improve customer engagement
- Conduct competitive analysis by reviewing competitor websites and digital channels to identify industry trends and best practices
- Analyze data and customer interactions to provide insights and recommendations for improving the customer journey
- Assist with cross-functional and ad hoc projects, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to process improvements and help streamline workflows within the customer service and marketing functions
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Interest in digital marketing, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making
