SPX Sigma-Omega Corporation is a manufacturer of commercial air conditioning equipment and water source heat pumps, primarily in the condo market. SPX Sigma-Omega sells its products through long-standing established independent business to business (B2B) sales channels.
Inside Sales Representative
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for start to end project ownership from initiation of customer pricing activity to product release into manufacturing and accounting reconciliation.
Qualified candidates must be positive, self-motivated and an ability to work both individually and within a team environment.
Role is salary plus bonus.
Main responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial quotations and sales orders.
- Managing communication and workflow between clients and internal teams in a timely and customer focused manner.
- Communicate with customers in a timely manner and ability to effectively communicate and respond to requirements.
- Perform financial reconciliation of all high-profile orders.
- Manage order scheduling and releasing orders into production including generation of manufacturing collateral.
- Identify any financial and management risks throughout the life of a project.
- Exercise fiduciary duties in the best financial and legal interest of our company including but not limited to proper documentation, follow-ups, and filing/storage of key information.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience in managing customer accounts.
- Excellent English communication skills both oral and written.
- Previous work experience in HVAC industry preferred.
- Good technical writing skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Project management experience a plus.
- Strong technical capabilities a plus.
- Experienced in MS Excel, Word.
- Financial background experience a plus.
- Problem solver and motivated.
Education
- Degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or Marketing preferred.
