Electrical Technician (Electrical Panel Assembler)
Job description:
We are looking for a highly energetic, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking Electrical Panel Assembler.
Responsibilities:
- Experienced in wiring electrical panels
- Experience with VFD programming and PLC wiring Experience working with Crimping / Wire stripping and Hand tools
- Wire Commercial A/C units on assembly line,
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Assemble electrical components and subassemblies according to specifications
- Install and connect electrical wiring, cables, and harnesses
- Test and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure proper functionality
- Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes and test results
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency
Skills:
- Fluent in English
- 3 + years of experience wiring electrical panels, electrical assembly or a related field
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of electrical components and their functions
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment used in electrical assembly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Compensation Disclosure
- For use by Ontario employers with 25 or more employees, for positions with expected compensation of $200,000 CAD /year or less.
The expected hourly wage rate for this position is between $20 and $23 per hour. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for the role, based on factors such as qualifications, experience and market conditions.
