Position Summary
Systems Engineer II (Intermediate) is responsible for the validation, testing, integration, analysis and continuous improvement of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) products and related technologies. The role works closely with Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Service, Sales and Customer Support teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Perform laboratory and field testing of GPR systems and supporting technologies.

Collect, analyze and document test results using established engineering processes.

Create technical reports and maintain records in Jira, Confluence and related systems.

Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and corrective-action activities.

Promote systems engineering and quality assurance best practices.

Lead test initiatives

Develop prototype signal-processing algorithms

Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Physics, Geoscience, Computer Science or related discipline.

Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.

Work Arrangement
Initial probationary period in-office; eligible for hybrid work arrangement following successful completion of probation and business requirements.

Compensation Disclosure
The expected salary rate for this position is between $90,100 and $127,400 CAD / year. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for the role, based on factors such as qualifications, experience and market conditions.
