The Opportunity
Sigma Corporation is seeking a person who has a track record of growing HVAC sales as a Technical Sales Manager for our Vertical Stack Fan Coil series in a full-time position. The successful candidate would be expected to grow our direct to customer and B2B sales with existing representatives and expand our product offering into new territories across North America.

SPX Sigma-Omega Corporation is a leading Canadian manufacturer of commercial HVAC equipment including Hydronic Heating, Heat Pumps, and Self-Contained A/C equipment. Our manufacturing facilities are located by the Airport in Mississauga, Ontario.
Responsibilities
Managing sales opportunities in a timely and customer centric manner.
Building customer relationships with existing and new networks.
Growing business unit through new partnerships.
Managing special requests and customization options and pricing.
Manage order scheduling and release orders into production.
Assist in technical troubleshooting and installation inquiries.
Identification and management of risks and issues through projects.
Exercise fiduciary duties in the best financial and legal interest of our company including but not limited to proper documentation, follow-ups, and filing/storage of key information.
Problem solve complex technical issues and provide solutions with support from Engineering when required.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry.
Excellent communicator, and effective negotiator
Adept at building customer relationships
Strong sales growth track record
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Multi-tasking and ability to make critical decisions under pressure
Strong organizational skills
Strong MS Office, Excel skills
Ability to Travel (Local GTA travel plus travel outside of Ontario)
Must currently reside in GTA
Education
Technical College, Business or University Degree is required.
Work Location
The normal expectation would be to attend work daily with opportunities for hybrid working.

Compensation Disclosure
- For use by Ontario employers with 25 or more employees, for positions with expected compensation of $200,000 CAD /year or less.
The expected hourly wage rate for this position is between $104,500.00 and $162,200.00 per year. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for the role, based on factors such as qualifications, experience and market conditions.
