Controller

Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia

As the Controller AtoN Estonia, you will contribute to the financial success and growth of the company by ensuring accurate financial reporting to support decision making, planning, and control processes.  You are responsible for executing daily accounting activities, preparing financial statements and reports, preparing tax and statutory reporting, and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives. The successful Controller will have strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the diverse global organization.

Your core responsibilities will be
•    Day to day accounting routines
•    Lead daily AP and AR routines
•    Execute the monthly closing process
•    Support external and internal audits
•    Maintain, implement and enforce corporate policies and standards 
•    Collaborate closely with internal customers and peers in Europe, USA and Australia
•    Support local leadership with ad hoc requests
•    Support annual and quarterly budgeting


Experience & Education
•    Degree in Accounting
•    Extensive experience of accounting related roles
•    Expertise in Local GAAP as well as IAS/IFRS
•    Advanced MS Excel skills
•    Experience with an ERP platform, SAP experience is preferred
•    HFM or OneStream experience
•    Exposure to a global business environment
•    Exposure to SOX Controls and USGAAP
