JOB SUMMARY

 

The Service Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and administration of all service works across Cooling Towers Ireland. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that projects are efficiently scheduled, compliant with health and safety requirements, and fully resourced to meet customer and operational needs.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Scheduling & Operations

  • Plan and schedule all service and maintenance works across multiple sites
  • Coordinate with internal teams to allocate labour and resources effectively
  • Liaise with customers to confirm work dates, access requirements and timelines
  • Ensure all works are delivered on schedule and in line with customer expectations

Site Coordination & Compliance

  • Organise site inductions and ensure all personnel are compliant before attending site
  • Provide crews’ details and documentation required for client safety systems and portals
  • Support site teams with logistics, access, and documentation requirements

Health & Safety Management

  • Manage and maintain the company’s online Health & Safety portal
  • Ensure all certifications, training records, and compliance documents are up to date
  • Organise and track health & safety training for employees and management
  • Ensure adherence to all company and client-specific H&S requirements

Equipment & Logistics

  • Arrange hire of equipment (e.g. cranes, scaffolding, access equipment) as required for projects
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure all required equipment is available on site

Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of scheduled works, personnel, and compliance documentation
  • Support service reporting, job tracking, and general administrative duties
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

 

  • Strong organisational and scheduling skills
  • Experience in service coordination, operations, or administrative role
  • Good understanding of health & safety requirements (construction/industrial preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online systems/portals

 

 

 


Additional Requirements

 

 

  • Willingness to visit sites when required
  • Full driving license (preferred)
  • Experience in mechanical/services/construction industry an advantage
